Transactional Analysis Approach

TA is widely used to explore and understand how we communicate in the world, our relationships with self and other, and what our environments mean to us.

Do you ever ask yourself:
“ Why do I always do that?” or “Why does this always happen to me?”

TA examines feelings and experiences that relate to patterns of behaviour that may be holding you back and having a negative impact on your life. In TA these repetitive patterns are referred to as our “Life Script” and one of the aims of our working together would be to raise awareness of what that means to you and what you would like to change.
