1:1 Therapy

I am based in York and currently offer 1:1 therapy for adults over the age of 18.

In Person or Via Zoom

 In todays busy world it can sometimes be difficult to find the time to travel to appointments so I offer therapy sessions via ZOOM

Outdoor Walk and Talk

I find huge benefit in connecting to nature and the great outdoors. If you would like to share this experience, we can walk and talk or simply choose to be still in nature rather than indoors.
